This page describes, plainly, what information this website collects and how it's used. There's nothing hidden here — if anything is unclear, just ask.

What this website collects
When you use the contact form on this site, I receive the name, email address, and message you choose to enter. That's the only information the form asks for, and it's sent directly to me so I can respond personally.
If you sign up for occasional email updates through the "Stay Connected" form in the footer, I collect the email address you provide so I can send you those reflections and invitations. Every such email includes a way to unsubscribe at any time.
How it's used
Information from the contact form is used only to reply to you and continue the conversation you started. Information from the email signup is used only to send the occasional updates you signed up for. Neither is used for anything else.
What I don't do
- I don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.
- I don't share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
- I don't use it to build advertising profiles or target you with ads elsewhere.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics software to monitor visitors. Like virtually any website, the hosting provider that runs this site keeps basic technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser types) for security and routine maintenance — this is standard web-server behavior, not something specific to this site, and it isn't used to identify or track individual visitors for any other purpose.
Links to other sites
This site's own links (to pages on theintentionalsoul.com, or a "mailto:" link to email me directly) don't share any of your information with anyone. If a future page were to link to an outside website, that site's own privacy practices — not this one — would apply once you leave.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this page
If how this site handles information ever changes in a meaningful way, this page will be updated to reflect it, along with the date at the top.
